About
Beth Robeson has a Bachelor’s Degree in Motivational Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Sociology and has spent the last 25 years writing and teaching people how to enjoy being healthy. She is an experienced public speaker, the author of The Making of a Picky Eater and the Simple Guide to Your Happiness Hormones. She takes an action oriented approach to teaching that focuses on the steps you can make that will have the greatest impact on your health and happiness.
